Acharya Nagarjuna University, a state university established in 1976, has been constantly striving towards achieving progress and expansion. It is one of the fastest expanding Universities in Andhra Pradesh. The university was inaugurated on 11th September,1976. ANU is NAAC accredited and UGC approved.
Bachelor of Commerce from ANU is a three year under graduation program. This course is divided into six semesters and subjects taught are auditing, company law, business management, economics, corporate tax etc.  BCom is one of the famous and most in demand course. Students who want to make their career as a Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary also pursue BCom along with their Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary. Online BCom is basically for students who want to make their career in finance or accounting or banking. Subjects related to commerce and finance are taught to the candidates. After completing BCom the students can manage their career in management, teaching, advertising, law, journalism etc. The candidate can pursue MCom after completion of BCom if they wish to go for higher studies.
